Briana’ Renee “Beatrixz TMX” Spikes- Professional Fashion Curve Model, Singer-Songwriter, Rapper, Poet, DIYer and artist in every sense of the word; started making homemade herbal & essentials oil candles at the height of COVID-19 Lockdowns. From there started thinking about what other products are “must haves” for her self care routine… Ventured into whipped body butters and received some great customer response. Then went on almost a 3 month long social media hiatus to create Figure88’s logo, branding, products, marketing campaign, and business plan.
Raised in Cincinnati, Ohio where she excelled through much adversity including being raised in a single parent household, being a survivor of multiple sexual assaults and abuse, homelessness, behavioral disorders, gun violence and the list goes on…. Nevertheless, she graduated high school as valedictorian with a full academic scholarship to the Ohio State University and by that time she’d been a 7 time published poet. She went on to become a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc.; remaining the Vice President of the fly Delta Phi chapter for 2 consecutive years. She was crowned 2018 Miss black girl magic at the annual BGM AWARDS AT OHIO STATE, featured in The Who’s Who in Black Columbus 2019 book, and participated in many other activities such as talent shows, step shows, Open mics, and fashion shows before graduating with a Bachelors of Arts in Arts Management in May of 2019. She embodies resilience, strength, and creativity. She wants to be a role model to all and encourage individuals to continue:
